My wife and I stay at the WDW Swan Oct. 1st-Oct. 6th. We stayed using starwood points so $$ was not a factor. We had a balcony room 6th floor west wing pool view. The view from this location gives you a peek at Hollywood Studios,Blizzard Beach and the Animal kingdom. In the future we would ask fro the east wing 6th-7th floor. On the west side you see roof tops and you get a lot of noise from the ventilation equipment. On the east side you get a water view and the boardwalk view. Transpertation was great with very little walk time. We had one issue,the fridge stopped working and we lost a $ worth of food. We went to the front desk. They credited our account $ and had it replaced by 1:00 that afternoon.

Our family of four spent four nights at the Swan. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had stayed there before so we knew that the location was fantastic - a pleasant stroll to Epcot, and a short boat trip to the Studios. Buses to Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom. Between the Swan and Dolphin great restaurants and pools. But most notable was the service - anything we called for we got in minutes, with guest services always checking back to see if we were satisfied. We got a great rate, so all in all, exceeded our expectations.

The hotel has some kind of perfume that is pumped through the air. For those who are sensitive to smells, this may not be good for you. --- Hotel is convenient to Epcot and Hollywood Studios by using the boat transfers. -- On five out of the six nights stay, room service/maids never left coffee or cups after cleaning and we had to call almost every day to get them sent up. ----- I left my sunglasses in the room on the last day, and when I contacted the hotel, no one found them. Well......obviously someone found them and chose not to return them! -- !!!! ----- Pick a different hotel if you can.
