Front desk was very friendly., room service was good, watching footbal on Sunday on that big theatre they have with giant sreens was awsome!, the only bad part is that the Hotel is out of the Las vegas Strip, and we had to pay for taxis or monorail every time we wanted to go overthere, other than that we had a very nice room, would stay again.

We made reservations through the hotel for July31-Aug3.We had to change our dates due to a family emergencey.The change was made for Oct2-Oct5 with comfirmation#.A week before our arrival we call to confirm,NO RESERVATATION ON RECORD was what we were told. MANAGERS STAFF didn't seem to care or help us even though they charged our CC a deposit.

I took my husband to Vegas for his Birth Day, and we had a blast. When we got to the hotel there were no rooms availble on the primium floors, well I paid for primium and thats what I got....they upgraded our room to a primium suite which was larger than my 1st apartment on the top floor with an great view of the mountians. all of this at no extra cost...I paid a total for two $* which included air, hotel, round trip transfers, 4 days 3 nights and free cacino money and walked away with a small fortune.

Recently stayed at the Hilton-Las Vegas and had a very good experience during my stay. I was able to accomplish my business reasons for going on the trip and had leisure time that was well spent. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive. I did have a small "overflow" problem of the toilet, but the repairman came as soon as notified to take care of the problem. I would like to have a Hilton hotel-airport shuttle that would accomodate customers, rather than the "way too early pickup times" offered by the commercial shuttles, since they have many other customers to pick up at too many other hotels. Otherwise excellent place to stay whether business or for pleasure. The monorail service is also great.

While conveniently located by the convention center, the Las Vegas Hilton has little to brag about. Half of the restaurants were closed for the month. Most of the open restaurants and shops have short hours. The casino was largely empty. The room was nice and recently renovated, but twice the cleaning staff left some of their cleaning supplies in our room, a huge danger to our 14-month old baby. Also our bed linens had some stains on our first night, and some of their towels were tattered. We had 2 separate 2-night reservations for a total of four days. However, on the third day they reset our keys so we couldn't get into our rooms. Called down from the house phone on our level and was placed on hold for 15 minutes, and was told it would be a while before someone could bring us new keys and that we should come down and get it. Went down to get new keys and had to wait an additional 15 minutes and was not given an apology. Was told it was probably my fault for the erasing the key with my leather wallet. Since their keys are easily erased. But in actuality there was another person in line who had the same problem with multiple reservations. So basically they have a known problem with their system that they do nothing to fix and actually blame customers for the problem. The only good thing was the rate which was $*/night. But due to the hassle of being far from the Strip, lack of dining options, and horrible front desk staff. Would not stay in this substandard hotel again.
