  Despite the fact that this was a pre-paid package flight&hotel my credit card was charge again After several phone calls to the front desk supervisor Mary Beth and manager David My account was credited to reflect a zero balance. Only an apology was received for this mistake and inconvenience.

  Excellent hotel in a very nice and quiet area close to shopping, the airport, movies, attractions and places to dine. This hotels knows what makes a hotel room worth something to the traveler. Clean room, comfortable bed with good TV to relax, but above all, excellent in bathroom design with space and the right amount of room space to relax. The facilities are excellent and even though they offer room service as well as a restaurant in the hotel (you pay for excellent food, right!), you are close to everything to make this a perfect stay.

  This hotel is a great location for airport travelors. The hotel is very nice with a lovely lobby. The rooms are spacious and beds are great. They have a rooftop pool that is small but nice. We did have room service that was quick but the food was only average. All in all, we would stay there again and highly recommend it.
