What a disappointment! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was new and updated, however had a not so fresh smell. If you are claustrophobic, don’t go into the bathroom. They crammed the toilet and bathtub in what should be a closet. Other than that the room was fairly decent. It is an over sized hot tub without the jets and warm water. If you like cereal, milk and yogurt for breakfast, you better get there an hour before closing. During this time they stop restocking the few items put out in the so called buffet. Fifteen minutes prior to closing the area is cleaned and shut down. What great service! Not a good place to put a hotel.

This hotel was a great deal. I was in town to take my board exams, and the rooms were extremely clean, very nice, and everything seemed practically new. The computerized check-in took about 30 seconds and complimentary breakfast was great. The big screen tv in the room was wonderful and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever found in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I had to go to Houston.
