The outside was nothing special but once we got there we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and I was able to park close to my door. The staff were friendly and helpful, they suggested great places to take the kids. I was able to get my work done while my family played tourist. The breakfast was ok; we were able to walk to "the Market" for dinner. I only wish they had a pool. Overall our stay was a good mix of comfort and price for a family of 4. We'll be back here in winter to skate on the canal.

The outside was nothing special but once we got there we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and I was able to park close to my door. The staff were friendly and helpful, they suggested great places to take the kids. I was able to get my work done while my family played tourist. The breakfast was ok; we were able to walk to ""the Market"" for dinner. I only wish they had a pool. Overall our stay was a good mix of comfort and price for a family of 4. We'll be back here in winter to skate on the canal.

This place was disgusting, the bathroom was not clean, and there were faeces on the toilet seat and hairs in the towels. The bathroom was not big enough to swing a cat in, the overall room was small and the area of town it was in was bad. We had booked for 7 nights there but after one night in hell I was ringing every other hotel in Ottawa begging for a room. Eventually stayed at another hotel, which was the same price per room per night, was 100 times better and was clean.

This place was disgusting, the bathroom was not clean, and there were faeces on the toilet seat and hairs in the towels. The bathroom was not big enough to swing a cat in, the overall room was small and the area of town it was in was bad. We had booked for 7 nights there but after one night in hell I was ringing every other hotel in Ottawa begging for a room. Eventually stayed at another hotel, which was the same price per room per night, was 100 times better and was clean.
