  I was sold on your hotel for the downtown convience and the courtesy town car service. Well, after checking in, all of the promises were just "smoke and mirrors." T, the Valet, promised to have the town car ready to take me to the Vail Resorts ski party at Mile High Station 2 miles away, which he split for the night and let the car close down before I came down at 10:30 PM to leave. The front desk stated the service ran until 11 PM. I had to pay for a cab, which left the main purpose of using your hotel pointless. I was rushed out for checkout the next morning the 17th by some rude young lady at the front desk. I appreciated the upgrade to the king suite L gave me, since it was my birthday weekend and a guest of Vail Resorts, so it was looking like a great weekend. Well, I checked out Saturday, again after being rushed out by the front desk, and I walked over to the Brown Palace and stayed my birthday night there.

  Perfect hip downtown hotel - we've stayed several times. Room have lots of space and great appointments. Great location, staff. Free Happy Hour + Buffet Breakfast are a bonus but we'd love the hotel anyway. Recommended.
