I'll start with the Good News....the Hotel is the perfect location to the Theater, Central Park, Museums, and Fifth. Management Staff are Helpful and The Bed Linens were Beautiful and Comfortable. Bad News....Before you say yes to the room...check it out for Cleaniness. We arrived late, dropped our bags off, went out and returned to sleep. We awoke to a very dirty carpet littered with broken debris, used coffee cups, blinds you can write your name on in the dust, a used razor, and a few towels....clearly the room had been used and not cleaned. Apologies were given from Management after 3 calls, the room was cleaned, but the experience was upsetting and made me nervous....and No I wouldn't stay there again.

I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN. I WAS MOVED TO 4 DIFFERENT ROOMS IN LESS THAN 24 HRS ALL DUE TO DIFFERENT PROBLEMS IN EACH ROOM, THE AIR CONDITIONER IN ONE ROOM WAS LIKING AND THE CARPET GOT WET, THE T.V. IN ANOTHER ROOM WAS NOT WORKING, THE AIR CONDITIONER IN THE LAST ROOM WAS NOT COLD, MY CAMARA WAS STOLEN FROM THE FIRST ROOM I WAS IN, AFTER SOME INVESTIGATIONS, THEY FOUND IT, OF COURSE AFTER QUESTIONING ME FOR A FEW MINUTES I GUESS TO SEE IF I WAS POSITIVE THAT I HAD LEFT IT IN THAT ROOM AND THAT I WAS NOT MAKING IT UP. THE FRONT DESK STAFF TRIED TO HELP, BUT THE HOTEL FACILITIES WERE JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH

We really enjoyed our stay here! Staff was great! Room was small but met our needs. Close to EVERYTHING! Letterman was one block over - Central Park was 4 blocks, Fifth Ave was 2 blocks, Times Square was like 6 blocks! WONDERFUL LOCATION to everything! Be sure to check out the 1/2 price ticket booth at Times Square! Saw CHICAGO for 1/2 price! 4 rows from front on a Sunday! WONDERFUL! Can't wait to go back!

The room that we were initiially given had an odor of poop. I could not believe that they even gave us that room. They did change the room after we called down to the front desk. The second room has a malfunction with the door and we really had to slam it to close it. The maids were knocking on the doors at 7:30 am in the morning which was ridiculous. We had purchased milk that we kept in the mini fridge the ones with their expensive beverages. we had re-organzied it so we could put the milk in and found it on top of the fridge when we came back to the room in the evening. When we checked out I was charged for taking beverages out of the mini bar. Not a bad location, maybe their other rooms that were in better condition. There was one concerige that was very helpful and we appreciated that very much.
