I'd stayed at the Crowne Plaza before and wanted my husband to have the same good experience. We had a nice room with a great view of Times Square and were close to the theater district, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's and of course, Times Square. We walked nearly everywhere. Staff was gracious and helpful. Cost, of course, is high but whatayagonna do in NYC? My only concern was that in this newly remodeled and first class hotel there were no grab bars in the bath/shower. Us older folks appreciate these extras! Oh! And also we had twin beds and mine creaked. No explanation but it was annoying.

this was our first time to NYC, and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. It has been recently renovated, and the lobby and rooms are fantastic. We were on the 33rd floor, and had a view of Times Square from our window. If you want location, then this is the place!!

I stayed at this Hotel In October 2009 for 3 nights and I really liked it.The beds were very comfortable! Staff was friendly and the location was great, right in the middle of everything. . I would recommend this hotel.

We couldn't have been treated better. Elvin and James took care of our luggage, helping with directions, getting our taxi, etc. Our room was spotless and was cleaned every day. The restaurant has a great view and the food was great. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of almost everything. We definitely would stay here again. We just can't say enough good things about the Crowne Plaza! We loved it.
