  Although the room was comfortable and nicely furnished, the traffic in the hallway was loud at all hours due to tile on the elevator landing. The a/c and fan and the fan in the bathroom were also very noisy. I booked a king and was got a double double, and the staff was not really helpful.

  STAYED AT THIS HOTEL, AND LOVED THE CONVENIENCE OF THE LOCATION TO ALL REST AND ALL ATRACTIONS!! THE HOTEL IS MODERN,CLEAN AND EVERYONE IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!!!! BE BACK IN AUGUST FOR A LONG WEEKEND!!! GO TO THE HOWL AT THE MOON NEXT DOOR, IT'S A REAL GOOD TIME!!! AND CHECK OUT THE KOBE JAPANEESE REST 3 BLOCKS AWAY GREAT FOOD AND SHOW!!!!

  Very nice place to stay. especially if you are going to universal studios. about a half mile walking distance. tgifridays and cracker barrel very close by. mcdonalds and golden corral ...

  Very nice place to stay. Especially if you are going to Universal Studios. About a half mile walking distance. TGIFridays and Cracker Barrel very close by. McDonalds and Golden Corral about two blocks away. The staff is very helpful and the continental breakfast was always fresh. The only downside is they do not clean the rooms very well. They do the noticeable like make the bed, put fresh towels up, but if you wear white socks around the room they will turn black. I notice the cleaning cart didn't even have a vacuum with it. But thats the only bad thing I can say about this place. If you have questions about the hotel or places you like to visit, the staff is very helpful. I-drive is easy to get to with lots of restaurants to eat at and shops to look around in.

  I was looking for a hotel that was cheaper than the ones at Universal, yet still within walking distance of the parks. Not only did it take us less than 10-15 minutes to get to Citywalk, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would 100% stay here again, plus, it's located right next to a TGIFriday's, which offers dinner until late at night.
