The hotel and amenities were very nice but you really need a car to stay there. The shuttles available are limited and not always at convenient times to go and return from the parks. Also, be prepared to be asked multiple times to listen to a sales persentation about their time share units for Sheraton. We got a number of calls. They will give you money for it but it is an hour and a half presentation.

We spent around five days here. The property is Below Average. Bad in cleanliness with bugs/ mosquitos all around. We were scared. I would really not recommend this hotel. I could not connect to Sheraton internet coz my building was far from ....(as per guest services). Anyways I dont care much about internet, so that's OK for me.

This hotel was an easy 15-20 minute ride from the airport and even closer to the theme parks, so nice location. I selected a rental car for this trip and there wasn't much traffic anywhere we went(compared to NJ.) Check in was fast and easy, very polite front desk staff. We were impressed with the resort and the room(king studio suite,) but we didn't have a balcony. The room was not a studio as the bedroom was seperate, so not sure why they call it a studio but it was very clean and nice. We were in building #2, an older unit but fairly updated and all appliances worked. Dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit as advertised, oddly small kitchen sink with large faucet that easily sprayed on the floor, but thats the only complaint about the suite. Very comfortable king bed, clean sheets and great central air. The main pool was wonderful with waterfalls, a seperate adult pool and 2 hot tubs. Lots of planned activities at the resort and grills ver that are cleaned every morning. Staff and security at the hotel were extremely polite but one complaint is they did call at 8am about a timeshare. I always unplug/shut my phones off at night so it didn't wake us up... but still, way too early to bug us while on vacation. They offer a welcome package with samples of sunscreen and area info but when you pick it up in the lobby, they try to get you with the timeshare again. We got a knock on the door one day because they wanted to replace the room door weather strips... fine but do that on your time, not mine. Overall though, still a great place and Travelocity got us an excellent rate and no hidden fees!
