This was our first trip to Mexico and it was wonderful. The hotel staff was informed, friendly, efficient and catered to all your needs. They were always there without being in your face. The hotel was beautiful and very well kept. The pool and grounds were clean as well as the rooms and the pblic rooms. Food and service wonderful. Would go back in a minute. Strongly recommend the massage on the beach.

I stayed at Presidente Los Cabos from Mar 10-13 and everything about this hotel was really nice. Good food considering is an all inclusive, wine and drinks were good. Best part was the room which was awesome. A one bedroom suite oceanfront. Very spacious and comfortable. A little far from the lobby but at the same time we quiet! Really like the fact that these hotel is within walking distance from San Jose which offers better shopping than Cabo and dining if you want to venture out of the hotel. Definitely coming back.

Our family had an absolute fantastic time! The hotel staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The activities crew were very nice and friendly and provided a lot of fun entertainment. The food was excellent. We dined at some of the sit down resturants, but enjoyed the buffets more. The food selection at the buffetts were excellent and very good. The wait staff was eager to please. Our entire 8 day stay was so relaxing and the scenery was so beautiful. Long walks on the beach, and we also enjoyed the ATV tour and the Dinner Cruise. Both very worth the experience. It was our first time in Mexico and I know we will return again. We made many new friends and were treated like royalty. If I had to complain about anything, I guess I would have to agree the beds were very firm. But to be honest we rose early, put in a full day eating, being merry and having a lot of fun, that when we did turn in we fell asleep immediately. If you want to have a great time, eat good, be entertained or just relax by the adult pool without any distractions than, I strongly recommend this wonderful resort!

My wife and just returned from Cabo. We spent 6 glorious days here. The hotel is one of the older properties in San Jose Del Cabo, but I have to tell that it's location and grounds are absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. Actually, the hotel probably has the most ideal location - it shares the beach with all the resorts, but unique to the Intercontinental, it has a fresh water estuary on one side. The contrast of going from the beach and salt water to green, lush flora and fresh water is beautiful! The beds are on the firm side, but I found that my back actually felt better and I slept better. The staff was very responsive to any request that we made and promptly answered all questions we asked. Back to the grounds - I tell you with no prejudice that the grounds are gorgeous. This is a fairly large layout. There are three different pool areas offering differing ambiances - everything from quiet relaxation to dance music and bustle. The hotel offers a variety of dining options from the buffet to restaurants that require a reservation (make them early in the day.) Let me say this as clearly as possible- they had the best menu I have ever experienced at an all-inclusive resort. The food was good, there was adequate variety and I hold their pastry chef responsible for the extra pounds I put on. I want to thank the general manager and his staff. We had a great time and I think that we've found our new winter get away location.
