We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and were a bit disapointed about the quality of service. Staff on reception sometimes was not very friendly and answered on questions very abstarct. Room service also was very strange, chambermaid came to clean room very early and knocked the door, couple times she woke us up - it was realy unpleasant, although room was really clean. Restaurant also is not bad, but there is almost no healthy choices in menu and menu isn't diverse enought for eating more then 2-3 times. All in all, this hotel correspond absolutely his 3,5 stars.And if you don't expect more, you may stay here.

I can't say enough good about this hotel. It was the cleanest I ever had, even blankets and bedspreads are cleaned, unlike most hotels. The employees were always helpful and friendly Great fitness room, the indoor swimming pool was warm and clean, the food from room service was award-winning. I got a discount with my auto club card, which was nice for such a nice hotel. Even though it's right beside the C-train, I couldn't hear it enough to notice at night. Room darkening curtains if you want to sleep late, individual room temperature controls, truly the best traveling experience I ever had. Taxi stand in front of hotel made getting around so easy that was so glad I didn't have to walk a block or hail a cab or wait for a cab to show up that I might have had to call. Beautiful modern decor, luxurious beds and bedding, there was NOTHING to complain about with tihs hotel. I will be back.

I can't say enough good about this hotel. It was the cleanest I ever had, even blankets and bedspreads are cleaned, unlike most hotels. The queen size room was much smaller than we had expected including the bathroom, that no more than one person could fit in at a time.The heat didn't work, the picture on the tv was fuzzy and i got burnt in the shower because the water temperature fluctuated alot. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
