We stayed for four days and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel and room were lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the room itself was really spacious. They also have the best towels and shower heads in the business. The location is very convenient to TImes Square and the Theatre district. We also ahd dinner at Shula's Steakhouse. The food was fantastic. I would highly recommend the Westin.

Stayed 8-14 to 8-16. Very nice hotel, clean, no bed bugs that we noticed or bites. Beds are OK, not a fan of down pillows - just our preference. Friendly staff, very accomodating. Only black eye was the maid left our door open when they were making our room. Probably just a once oversight. Very close to Times Square and our theater, but off the Square just enough that noise/ crowds weren't a problem. Check-in and Check-out was very quick. They even have a business center where I could check-in on-line to our flight and print the boarding passes for free. The Westin is very close to all the goodies in NYC - we were able to walk to everything except far downtown (WTC, Statue of Liberty, Wall St, etc - take a cab or subway for those) with 2 kids in tow and had no problem. All in all, a nice experience for my kids first time in NYC.

This was a very nice hotel, but there was no information in the room telling you how to find anything in the hotel, how to call for services, or even what channel was the hotel channel.. I had to go to the front desk to ask for the down pillows to be removed, as I have and allergy, because I could not get anyone on the phone. The staff was very helpful when you saw them and spoke to them. By the second day we found the hotel channel and the telephone number to reach the cleaning staff. As our stay was short this was not convenient.

The Westin at Times Square met and exceded our expectations! The hoten was absolutely beautiful, not only in the loby and other common areas, but in the room as well. The staff were very accomodating and cheerful. We did not call on room service, but did request more ceam, sugar, etc for the coffe and tea that are provided daily in the room. That was delivered quickly and with a smile. The starbucks coffee in the room was a big bonus for me:) There is a Starbucks Cafe on the lower level of the hotel, but it's nice to start the day with a fresh cup while you're getting ready. We did not take advantage of the fitness room, meeting room, or restaurant (although we should have Shula's is suppose to be delicious!). Overall, We would LOVE to visit the Westin in Times Squre again, and highly recommend it to anyone.
