Location was okay, when entering the Lobby, it showed promise. When going to the room, the hallways smelled bad (like animals were let loose). The rooms were dated and disappointing. The bed was terrible. I was pleasantly surprised that the room rate included breakfast and internet. I go to Montreal 2-3 times a month, despite convenient location to Old Montreal and the Metro, I would not stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in (truly spotless, I'm impressed). The hotel overall was comfortable & surprisingly stylish. The lobby features a very cool asian inspired bridge that you use to cross over a shallow pool filled with goldfish to reach the Chez Chine restaurant. One nice unexpected perk was that, since I booked an 'executive' room (i.e. on the top floor) I was given complimentary breakfast (hot buffet) every morning and 2 drinks per night at the bar. Service was neither good nor bad - I'm a low maintenance traveller, so I had no need to interact with hotel staff beyond initial check-in. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the Mus?e d'art Contemporain, which is well worth visiting. Overall I'm quite happy with the hotel & will likely revisit it when I return to Montr?al.

We stayed here and would never do it again the bed was too hard; if you don?t mind a hard bed then this is the place for you. We had another couple with us and they said the same thing, we all left without much sleep as we tossed and turned all night, the hotel it self was quiet. Now I will say that room service was really good, you got your food within 20 minutes, the food was okay. The hotel it self was hard to find as they were working on it, they had a fence around the whole hotel, we couldn?t find where to park, but the hotel it self was nice in side. At check in we had 4 people in front of us and a lady behind us, the lady behind us was able to cut in line because she talked French, which I thought was rude, she didn?t want to wait her turned. I thought that the Hotel staff should have made her wait in line like the rest of us. You are in the heart of China Town
