I have stayed here twice on short trips to meet family members from out of state. The hotel is first class. The intire staff is not only professional, but pleasant. Great Spa and Health Club!!! Nice pool area outside on the top floor (if the weather is warm enough). Guest Rooms are beautifully trendy and comfortable. Even the Lounge/Dinning was first class and fun to hang out in. There was definitly no hassle (no time lost) getting to the hotel since it is right in the middle of the airport--the views are still awesome with the aircraft activity. Surprisingly, it was hard to hear any airplane engine noise from inside! Both stays were very relaxing. Airport is also very close driving distance to the ballparks and amusement parks!

All the staff must have graduated with honors from a finishing school! Great customer service. Quality facility. Nice and tidy excercise room. Valet parking helps, or you will have quite a walk to the airport garage. Highly recommended.

Convenience and Comfort

We were in Dallas to attend an event late in the day but arrived at 8am. The Grand Hyatt is inside the airport within the international concourse, accessible by monorail from all other parts of the airport. We were delighted when they let us check in immediately so we had plenty of time to relax and get ready for our event. Our room was lovely, large, very quiet, and the bathroom was spotless and attractive with large glass shower and separate tub. THe large flat screen TV has internet access, but only if you have a T Mobile acct. We tried the restaurant and it was delicious if a bit pricey. We were sorry we had not brought our swimsuits or athletic gear as both the gym and pool looked very inviting and well equipped. We never even had to venture out in the 105+ heat until it was time to go to the party. We were able to print our boarding passes right at the concierge desk.

Very nice Hotel. Nice room with view facing West (the runway). Very pretty watching the planes take off and land at night. The hotel lobby personel were GREAT! The pool is on the roof and it was so windy that the chairs were stacked and tied down. Not the hotels fault just very high winds. The rooms were quiet and well layed out. Be sure and get a ticket from the front counter for the parking garage across the street. The ticket will allow you to leave DFW without parking charges unless your car is in the garage for more than 16 hours. Grapevine Mills Mall is just north of DFW which was nice. Getting around DFW takes some getting used to! Very busy! However, many signs help get you around fairly easily.
