My husband & I stayed here for 2 nights in Sept. & had a most enjoyable stay. We were on the 37th floor & had a beautiful view of the lake/city. The staff we dealt with were very helpful & courteous. Parking is a bit steep but the location was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

I arrived at the hotel late (11:30pm) on a cold February night. The bar was full, and there was plenty go on. The staff was very friendly and my room in the old tower exceeded my expectations. The king bed was very comfortable. I didn?t use the room?s kitchen. The free wireless from another hotel was a bit slow. This hotel C$10/day for wireless was not any better. The room was large and had an internal (not wall unit) heater that was quite. Starbucks was just across the street for breakfast. The bathroom was very small, but clean. The kitchen included under-counter washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again. Check out the old Bank Vault downstairs.- Watch for C$40/night for parking.

This hotel met and exceeded all my expectations! I was so astonished at the price that I called to speak to an online travel websites agent (who was very nice), to confirm, once I had looked at the Hotel's Website. The room was very modern, beautiful and well appointed. There was nothing left out. Washer, dryer, fridge, everything you need to cook a meal and excellent service on top of it! The car service was the icing on the cake and the staff was accomodating and friendly. The breakfast offered downstairs was wonderful, I liked the options for the buffet it you wanted a lighter meal, and the bar made one of the best Martini's I've ever had. Downtown Toronto is loud and noisy, but you've never know it in my quiet, comfortable room.

When we checked in, we were given a room on the 9th floor. I reqested a room on a higher floor at that time and were given a beautiful room,with a wonderful view of Toronto on the 47th floor, without an argument. very nice front desk and excellent hotel.

Requested a room on the highest floor possible, with a lakeview. I got the lowest floor they even have rooms on, with a city view. Instead of seeing the lake, I got to see a homeless man in an alley. After asking if there was a possibility to get another room, i was told rudely no, and did i want it or not. As if I had an alternative hotel booked as a back up? Just one of the few annoying events that happened during my stay. Do NOT stay at this hotel.
