Myself and 5 others stayed here while visitng Toronto, I will never be back to this hotel again. First off its pretty sketchy outside. No place to park, and when we did find a place to park it was 10 min's away. Our room and spider webs and dust, something greasey on the headboard and hairs in the bathroom. There was 6 of us to the room and only 4 pillows, when we asked for more they only gave us ONE. Same with the towels, they said they are very short because people keep stealing them. I did not feel safe at all here. Will not be back!!!

It was a good stay for us considering its location as the hotel was purely in downtown not far from any of the city activities. We had taken Grayline bus to visit the city and its stop was not far from this hotel. Yes, parking is not there, but we knew it earlier considering the downtown area so we did not plan to drive. Hotel had most of the basic features, but few key things missing - No Guest directory in the room, No elevator (we had to take our luggage to the 3rd floor), the TV Remote control was not there on the first night - we had to remind the hotel staff twice to get it ! Moreover, whenever we asked about directions to go anywhere, hotel staff was confused - they told us CN tower was at 15 mins walk from the hotel - in the evening, it took us more than 45 mins to walk back from tower to the hotel !!!

The room was very very nice, it had new furniture, a fridge and remote control a/c. This hotel does not have a parking lot!! We paid $* to park in the Ramada Inn parking garage which was 1 block away and then paid $* for cab rides to avoid the hassles of getting at the car. I would have rather spent that money on a hotel with a parking lot.
