Was there for 4 nights and enjoyed every single day! Staff was great, the drinks were constant (always had a bar to get one from), Food was great, and the shows were good!!! the staff works very hard and it shows! Room was nice! the only con was that there are invisible mosquitos at night around the bar and show area. Bring repellent and you'll be just fine!

Great hotel, great service, great price. We were there in June and it was awesome! We got reservations at all their restaurants w/ no problem. The rooms are nice and clean. They fill your refridge w/ beer!! The food was great and the drinks at all the bars were great. I like my mojitos a certain way and the accomodated me every time I went to any bar!! Don't listen to negative things that people say about this hotel . Some people are never happy. We have stayed at the RIU in Cancun and Cabo and both are awesome and we are going back for Thanksgiving!! Have fun!

The resort was beautiful, location was beautiful. Even though I was checked in up front, and had my wristband, I could not get into my room. The customer service rep in building 7 kept telling all of us "30 more minutes" for over 3 hours!. I knew my room was ready because the housekeeper said it was as the bell hop was talking my luggage to my room. I finally had to insist on a key before they started handing out keys to the guests that were waiting. It was as though he was getting satisfaction of knowing we could not go to our rooms until he allowed us to. The resort was beautiful, other employees were friendly and professional , the food was average at best. Because of my experience with this one employee, I would not recommend this resort to other guests.

I really enjoyed staying at the Riu Santa Fe all inclusive resort. The staff was wonderful and the resort was extremely clean and well kept. The property was close to downtown and it was easy to go shopping, etc if you wanted to leave the resort. The food was ok. The atmosphere was great!!!

Was amazing! Tip the bartenders and they will be at your feet. Ask for Bacardi instead of well, no extra charge. You don't even have to leave the resort if your trying to save extra money! Spend the day at the pool or beach then dinner and a show and live entertainment. Kid friendly, will be taking my son next time!
