We had an AWESOME time! Lots of fun for everyone. Our kids (7 and 9) had run of the swim park and we didn't have to worry about them at all. The adults only hot tub was a welcome respite from the kids. We stayed in the cabin room and the kids had a great time sleeping in the bunk beds but the fact is we were rarely in the room so we would have been just as happy in a regular (less expensive) room. The pools are VERY chlorinated and since my family has sensitive skin we were pretty chapped after the second day - I would recommend some thick cream for use after the pool. We arrived at around 1 pm on Saturday afternoon, went to our room and changed and headed to the pools. We got out around 6 and ate an overpriced dinner then headed back to the pool until it closed. Got up the next morning and packed our bags which we dropped off at the car on our way back to the pool (check out is at 11.) We stayed until about 3. It was MORE than enough time in the water and a much less expensive option instead of 2 nights. Food was expensive. Our dinner was over priced. There are many less expensive restaurants within 1/2 a mile. We did get Starbucks coffee and oatmeal for breakfast (SB is on site.) You can nickel and dime yourself very easily at this hotel. Snacks are easily charged to the room, games, pictures, gift shops etc. We live near and will be back again.

We returned from a 2 night stay at the Great Wolf Lodge. The hotel was very clean and organized. We stayed in a King Suite because it was all that was available. My husband and I slept in the king bed which was very comfortable and our two kids (7 & 4) slept in the pullout sofa which was also comfortable. The pullout was already made up, so literally we just had to pull it out. The room was very spacey and had a microwave and refrigerator and I would advise bringing some snacks, drinks because it can get a little pricey having to buy all that in the hotel. The waterpark was great for the 4 year old because she's learning to swim and most of the pools were very shallow. In fact, it would have been nice to have one pool deeper for the adults, but it is centered around kids, so it's not a big deal. Although I get bored at normal pools, I found the hours flying by playing at these pools. One warning, the kids get very excited and it's easy to get separated so designate meeting times and places. The hotel provides all the towels and lifejackets and pool floats are not allowed, so it was nice not having to haul stuff to the pool. The pool snack bars were reasonably priced and great food. We ate at the bar and grille in the hotel a couple of times and it was delicious, but a little pricey. Only complaint was we switched our reservation dates & lost the promotional rate and thereby paid $100 more for a smaller room and only 2 night stay (instead of 3). So make sure your date is solid because they do not transfer promotions if you change dates.

Resturants surrounding were easy to find and shopping centers are great! We Will Return! Only thing was the beds were like sleeping on rocks.. At these prices they need some pillow tops!

We had a great time at the Great Wolf. The front desk was courteous and quick. The rooms were nice, comfortable beds, although a bit on the hard side... The only complaint that I had was that we forgot our toothbrushes, and when I called to the front desk to ask about their "forgotten items" the informed me they don't offer such a service and that they have toothbrushes for sale in the store. I thought that with the rate of the room, they could at least provide a few necessities! Overall though we had a great time and the kids keep asking when we can go back!
