- Please note that there is a resort fee in the amount of 28.13 with tax per room per night upon booking. This fee allows guest scheduled resort transportation to the four (4) Disney theme parks, Sea World, Wet N Wild, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure. It also includes unlimited local phone calls, use of the resort's water park features and the pool-side entertainment.

Overall we really enjoyed out stay at the Nickelodeon Family Suites. The rooms were very spacious (we had the 1 King Bed, with the pull-out couch). The kitchen area was a good size, although we didn't use it for much given it was just a one-night stay for us. The bathrooms were well stocked and clean. The only issue we had was we could only find 1 trash can (bathroom). The room was chilly when we first arrived, so we ordered up two extra blankets which they brought to the room in under 5 minutes, and cranked up the heat. The check-in process was very smooth and quick (we checked in at 9:30 p.m. so no crowds at that time). The gate attendent (to get into the property) was a little intimidating, but perhaps that's a good thing to keep out unregistered lurkers. We used the pool the following morning and found it very enjoyable - the putt-putt course could use some help as there were wood chips from the landscaping all over the 9 hole course. It did get a little crowded later in the morning, but not too bad. Bottom line, for the discount price we paid, we found it a great value, although I'm sure there was a lot more to explore that we never got a chance to do.

We recently stayed here Halloween weekend for three nights. We booked this hotel with the kids in mind, and my son was in his glory. The rooms are clean for the most part. They smell musty, which is expected from days upon days of wet bathing suits and towels. The bedspreads were not acceptable in the sanitary department either. The kitchen, and very spacious bath, however were clean. The rest of the hotel? Beautiful! The pool was not dirty or smelly like someone else had posted. The guards would occasionally walk around looking for anything foul, and they make you get out at noon for a cleaning. Considering the amount of children here, it is amazing how clean it could be kept. I agree the towel policy is ridiculous. My kids had so much fun, there was no reason to bother with Disney. They trick or treated and met Spongebob. The food was good, the people were friendly. It was a great place to go, as long as you can deal with the musty, not so perfectly clean feeling room. We didn't do the shows, but will on our next visit. If you do decide to go here, remember, its about them, not us. This hotel is all about kids!

Other than the elevators that seemed to work 1/2 of the time and the pool crowds on the weekend. We arrived on a Wednesday and had the place to ourselves, we loved this hotel. The rooms were clean, towels were soft, water was hot, bed and pillows were soft, charactor breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I have seen in a long time, the charactors were great (all the popular ones were there). The distance to the parks and dinning were perfect. We will stay in this hotel until the kids don't want to anymore, and I will be sad when that day comes. A+

I've been going to the Nick Hotel for the last 2 years now, and since they have new ownership or managment it's awful. First of all they removed the Playstation's from the room so they can charge you for a rental. Then by the pool area you have to check out the pool towels, they'll charge you if you don't return your towel. So what if someone robs the towels off of your chair, then I have to pay for it. I will not return there ever again, they lost my business!!!! The hotel tries to make money in everything they charge you with. You can't even enter from anywhere except the front entrance, no more back entrance. They never even cleaned my room, I had to call house kepping for them to come. The pool smelt awful, smelt like it was unsanitary. I stay there from Friday to Sunday, and everyday the pool smelt like pea!!!! iT WAS AWFUL!!! Staff there was rude, treating adult like children, or idiots.
